Hi friends!

Now that we’ve finished A Lick of Frost, I wanted to post a short update on the blog, to keep you all posted on what is going on for the near future.

As I mentioned in the Book Giveaway post, I alluded to some major life changes that are happening. Nothing bad, I promise! A little history: my husband and I moved from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Florida over the summer. We quickly realized that the city we moved to just isn’t the city for us. It’s a perfectly nice city with a lot to offer, but we just never felt quite at home here. Coming from a larger city to one that is much smaller and more college oriented just never felt right. So, we’ve decided to move to Orlando. This is good for us since we’ll be near a major airport (so easy for friends/family to travel), we’ll be back to a city that’s more “our” sized, and we’ll be near the theme parks we’ve come to love (no, we totally don’t go to Disney every weekend. Just nearly every weekend).

I was lucky enough to find a job in my field in Orlando much sooner than expected, so for the next few months I’ll be commuting about 2 hours each way every day. This means I’m not going to have the same amount of time to put into the Merry Gentry reviews as I’d like. I will still be posting, just likely not daily as I have up until now. I’m going to aim for 2-3 posts per week, but I can’t make any promises!

Also, in the last post of A Lick of Frost I mentioned that I sort of need a break from the series. I’d love to start up another book – maybe not a full series – to start reviewing during this transition period. So, if anyone has any good suggestions, please send them my way!
